I've gotten a few messages with no text, an email addy I don't recognize, and 
an attached file of around 50,000 bytes. General rule, if you don't 
recognize the addy and there's no text, do not download the attachment. Just 
delete sight unseen.

If it's a klez worm, check the Symantec site for a free klez remover;
