Part 6

Buffy was walking around town thinking. Not slaying… just thinking about 
Willow's words. It had hurt her rather deeply and at the moment she doesn't 
know what to do. While making her way around the town for about the second 
time… she started thinking…

'Willow was always there for me no matter what. When Angel turned into 
Angelus, she was there to comfort me and do things that best friends do. She 
was there when Faith killed the Deputy. I remember when I found out that she 
was turned into a vampire and how deep that pain went through my body. I mean…
what kind of person would do that. I can go to Xander 'cause well…he's a 
guy and even though he is one of my best friends, he doesn't know what I was 
going through then and Willow can kind of figure out because she has been 
there. Why am I scolding myself about this… its not that I don't like her, I 
love her, she's my best friend and nothing can stop that. Why am I still 
babbling on and on about this?" She finally came to a conclusion when she 
reached UC Sunndydale…

"Oh My God… I'm in love with Willow! I got to go find her."

Buffy found Willow coming out of the Psychology building.

"WILLOW! Can I talk to you for a minute? Please, just hear me out about 
this."
Ok… You got a minute."
"Ok… first, when you said what you said, you don't know how much that hurt 
me. When you left… I had to get out and I started waking around. I don't know 
how long I was walking, but what I realized was that… this is hard for me to 
say but… I realized that I'm in love with you and the reason why I felt the 
need to keep distance from you was because I was afraid to love anyone else. 
I was so scared that I was about to ruin the one thing good and perfect in my 
life… which is you."

"Buffy I… I don't know what to say. But I can tell you that I know how you 
feel because I… I love you to."

"Buffy finally realized it huh?"
"Guess so. How does it feel to know that Willow is going to be taking care of 
well Tara?"
"It gives me the best pleasure in the world. Thanks again for the help."
