I don't mind the short chapters, and I kind of agree with both of you on
Jesse. She should definitely try to save him, but she hardly has to
succeed. In fact, the fact that she's not currently thinking about him
is a nice commentary on how W/X seemed to forget him after the pilot.

Loved how Willow's increased confidence captivates Buffy. Although I
don't know that her fashion sense had improved that much by Season 3.
(And the dress is more green than brown, and it's a lot better than some
of her other clothes, IMO, including the collared granny dress she's
wearing to the Bronze later on.)
