OT: Fan Fic question... help?

This question was posted over at the Pens board, but I thought 
someone here might know the answer, so I just wanted to post it here. 

This is Piper's question:

Ok, i read this fic a while back. i dont remember if i read it here 
of WiccanWays or ExtraFlamey, but here it is. 

It's an april fools fic and willow and tara pretend their girlfriends 
to try and trick the scoobies or soemthing, and then they end up 
actually becoming girlfriends, but it was the Scoobs idea to make 
them do it in the first place. i think that's what it was pretty much 
about. If anyone would help i'd thank them forever!
