Two sites not mentioned all that often:

Chimera Bloom. It's the work of one author and it explores several AUs with 
B/W as the central pairing.

Warning it's not for everyone-it's very harlequin romance-ish/bodice ripper-y 
(Buffy is quite large with the butch in these stories and let me tell you bodices 
do get ripped) but it can be fun if you're in the mood for that. There also seems 
to be a whole lot of fics from other fandoms there too. 

I also love the Rainbow Writers site-their stuff is almost all W/T but they do 
excellent B/W friendship. They did a Season 6/7 rewrite with Buffy taking care 
of Willow after Tara died that brought tears to my eyes. 

I love the way they write Buffy. I just wish Buffy was as dedicated and loyal 
on the show as she is their fics. 

They did one of my fav fics of all times, called The Letting Go-it's set 8 years 
in the future, B and W have been living together the whole time and B's been 
killed. Willow has to ask Faith, Tara, and Giles to help her and Dawn find the 
killer. Extra angsty and long.
