[SPOILER] OT: 12 March Review of Angel and previews

Okay, now.

HOLY SHIT! First off, it's bad enough Angel manages to sink his teeth 
into my favorite Slayer, but to put her on Death's Doorstep? Like she 
doesn't get enough traffic from her brother Morpheus (Sandman reference, 
folks, just in case you were going 'Huh?').
Faith was definately not in the game, but the previews... Willow 
bringing all her power to bear to restore Angel's soul while facing off 
against Cordy (or whatever that thing really is)? Damn! The Gelinda 
comment is funny, but we all know who's going to win in the end here. 
Let's compare power levels.
"Cordy" - could control The Beast; long-range telepathy; teleportation; 
and other, unknown powers.
Willow - took on Glory (becasue of Tara's mindwipe), almost beat her 
down (late S5); reversed Glory's mindwipe (end S5); absorbed buku black 
magic, from the books and Rack (end S6); absorbed shitloads of 
green/earth magic from the English coven/Giles and almost destroyed the 
planet.

Um, even without the writers progressing the season, my money would 
STILL be on Willow. Gelinda? Feh. Try the love-child of Talesin (Merlin) 
and Morgan le Fay... on PCP.

Can't wait until next week.
