Yes I wanted to bring Jenny's watcher in but wanted to be someone 
from the show and Joyce seemed the most interesting.

The next part goes into the gang rescuing Jenny I had planned to 
have it as this part but I'm trying to keep the parts to between 6 
and 12 pages so had to forget it.

I had considered making them part of the same organization but that 
would bring up it own problems ie why wouldn't Giles know that Joyce 
is Jenny's watcher and of course that would mean he would already be 
aware that Willow is immortal? not to mention that having Joyce in a 
different group will bring up some interesting situations later 
on??? (That was a hint.)
