Short comment on 'Empty Places'

Here Is The Spoiler Space As I've Copied a quote from the ep and mention the preview *******I agree that the episode was slow. I was very disappointed too as there are only 3 left now...and next week's previews look kind of lame. Oh well. What I wanted to mention though was the following. A line from Anya really seemed political in nature to me and I was wondering if anyone else caught thatk. 
"You really do think you're better than we are...but we don't know. We don't know if you're actually better. You came into the world with certain advantages, sure. I mean, that's the legacy. But, you didn't earn it. You didn't work for it. You've never had anybody come up to you and say that you deserve these things more than anyone else. They were just handed to you. So that doesn't make you better than us. It makes you luckier than us" 

I took that as a statement from Joss Whedon regarding George W. Bush and his leadership skills. In fact, I feel that both M.E. shows are making blatant political commentaries right now....but I didn't give any spoiler space for other show, so I'll keep that out for now. On Buffy, and in this episode it seemed as if Anya was saying to Buffy what so many people who are against the war in Iraq WISH the U.N. had said to George W. Bush...and wish that George W. would have backed down as Buffy did.

It is no secret that George W has had his lot in life handed to him - and living in TX and knowing someone that worked under the Bush Admin when he was Governor, Mr. Bush does tend to want his way and he wants it at that moment....anyway.

I don't want to offend anyone...I just wondered if anyone else noticed a correlation...
