My sugestion is that you contact the author and ask her where she intendedto post it...It`s not like it wasn`t supposed to be posted, it was just that it wasn`t to be posted in the Buffy/Willow groups...Chances are you`ll find it in one of the main Will/Tara groups , you might want to check them...Hope that helps...
