Thanks I figured I'd use it, having experience of British 
bureaucracy and the fact that the left hand never seems to know what 
the right is doing... No I won't go there lets just say it annoys 
me! Anyway as the council did not seem to know that Buffy and Kendra 
were alive at the same time earlier on in the series it probably 
wouldn't have got down to the lower level workers.
