Hi...big Angel buff here. I've been rewatching the whole lot lately,
so I can answer the questions.
Buffy and Lorne haven't met. I don't think Lorne has ever voiced his
opinions on slayers. (Unless either of these events happened in the
latter half of Season 3 (Eps. 12-22), as I don't own those on video.

Lorne was the very first thing we saw in Ep. 2.01 (Judgment). Caritas
was in operation for an unknown period of time before Angel and the
gang first wandered in there. The club was destroyed for the last time
in 3.08 (Quickening)...I'm pretty sure. (It might have been 3.09
(Lullaby)).

Angel met the oracles (blue/gold skin, but they wore black) in Ep.
1.08 (I Will Remember You - my second favourite Buffy or Angel episode
ever, after Becoming). Doyle showed him how to contact them. They
later appeared in 1.10 (Parting Gifts) and 1.22 (To Shanshu In LA) and
may have had other occasions on which they appeared, but I don't think
so. At any rate, they bit the dust in 1.22 at the hands of Vocah (evil
demon guy, final fight of series 1).
