Actually, it's kind of funny... here's the thing...
I'm a borderline 
nutjob. (Not joking - I've a diagnosis from a fellow
with an M.D. and 
everything.) I've had the voices in my head for as
long as I can 
remember. They tell me stuff and then I write it. 
People talk about their 
characters "talking" to them... for me, it's almost
literal. Dakota, 
Claire, Nicki... all of them, really, including a vast
array that have yet 
to see publication on any list, they all live in my
head.

It's almost like multiple personality disorder mixed
with a certain 
amount of paranoid schizophrenia - I have a tendency
to *be* the 
characters and actually put myself (at least in my
head) in the situations. 
It's not unusual for me to walk around my house saying
dialogue and acting 
out scenes over and over until I get them right. 
Thank God I live 
alone. :)</I>




i have the same thing. all of this people i create in
my writing are running around in my head (which is
funny when you picture it) and they need to be written
about or they are mean and yell. i too have those
voices and have been told i'm pretty crazy too. woo
