Moderator Notice: Off Topicness of Fanfics: The Academy of Slayage

Being the modarator responsible for letting this message passing, I have to
apologize, I saw that it was a fanfic and not spam, but didn't read anymore
into it to realize the OTness of it.

And although I personally, I don't mind reading a good story, even if it's
not B/W, as a moderator, I have to take a closer look on some things.
A non-B/W story posted without Off Topic notice is one of those.

Usually a story or two that aren't Buffy/Willow are tolerated, since many a
great author has written more than just one 'ship to enjoy. In this case
though, we need to examine the facts a bit closer.
First, you (blackcoffeeblues / bw) haven't posted any other fanfic here, the
only other post at all being a bit of feedback. And secondly, it wasn't
labeled anywhere in the story that it was entirely non-Buffy/Willow. Yes,
the subject says that it's Willow/Kennedy, but there have been a number of
post season 7 fics that start as such, and sooner or later bring Buffy and
Willow together, so it's easy to assume, if posted on this list, that you
would do the same.

Now, I've been told that it was crossposted to a large number of other
lists, some which surely are better suited for the pairings you chose, and
because of that, I have to ask about what is planned with this story.
If the intention is to eventually have our two beloved ones realize they
can't live without each other, and they get married and live happily ever
after (or something in that direction), then you have my permission to
continue posting this.
If that isn't the case though, then, since you are both new to the lists and
haven't posted any other fanfic as of yet, I have to ask you to more
carefully choose the appropriate lists and only post there.

Also, if anyone wishes to continue reading this story, I would suggest
contacting the author personally and asking for their own copy.

Don't take this as personally, or as a letter to leave us, I'm merely asking
you to be more careful of what you post where. Not everyone wishes to read
certain 'ships, and while the delete button does come in handy for things we
wish to rather not read, due to the nature of this list, we focus on one
specific pairing. And that still is Buffy and Willow. That same focus also
means a bit of a preemptive sorting prior to posting to this place.

I hope you understand that.
