I'm glad I was able to catch up on this.  I like the idea of Tara mostly
being Buffy's interest and the fact that it was just a way for her to
prod Willow along.  Love Buffy's insistence on keeping Willow in the
loop (didja ever notice Will's face at the end of "Doomed" when she sees
through Riley's "paintball" excuse and realizes what's going on?  Not a
happy camper, although she shortly covers by mocking him).  And the
lovemaking scenes are delicious.

The idea of Tara having an official Scooby role (as Will's "funnel")
sounds interesting, and makes a nice contrast to the actual storyline,
where Tara was just as interested in expanding her power as Willow (made
even more explicit by the cut dialogue in "Hush") but then started
getting all superior about it.  It would also be interesting if Buffy
and Willow tried to keep things secret from the Scoobies and Tara tried
to cover for them.  And, while I don't dislike Riley, he seems like he's
going to have a hard time blending inindeed, now that he's been so
thoroughly rejected, I could see him almost becoming like Forrest in his
attitudes.

Oh, and much as I'll love the next chapters, I can't wait to see when
Faith awakens.

Lastly, one request:  if you're going to do the party in "Doomed", can
Willow find the body when she and Buffy are in the middle of smoochies
and just about to use the bed?

PSSorry to hear about your split with Danny.  More than the loss of a
collaboration, I'm sorry you've lost a friend (hopefully, it's fixable).

That said, I'm sure you can handle the erotic scenes just as well as
you've done everything else in this fic. 

And not to be disloyal or anything, but Danny, if you're out there,
please consider writing a fic of your own.  Your erotic scenes were very
fine and I don't doubt you could do equal justice to B/W over an entire
fic.  Maybe we'll end up with two ficcers for the price of one :)
