Need help - author/title of B/W fic

I can't remember the name or author of a B/W fic  --. Please help, 
it's driving me crazy.

W/B aren't a couple yet. Set in the future, Willow has moved away 
and B , who is a cop, has called W back to sunnydale cause she 
needs help with a problem   (big plot element/surprise) I don't 
want to give away in case anyone else wants to read it. 

W is counting the number of times  Buffy's ever told her she 
loves her. Of course, buffy doesn't get what willow means when 
she just says "Thirty-eight" , "Thirty nine" etc.
