Uh, did Warren really count as the Big Bad of Season 6? I thought Dark Phoenix Willow was the season's Big Bad.
And no, Dan, the real big bad of season six was NOT Joss. Remember, he created the wonder and splendor that was Buffy in the first place, so as far as I'm aware, he's still ahead on points.
Unless he has Buffy and Spike run away together on this season's Angel...
