OT: Looking for a fic

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a B/W fic that I'm pretty sure I read on this 
group. Unfortunately, I'm not a regular or frequent visitor, so I 
might have read it as much as a couple of years back, I'm not sure.

I don't recall the title or the author. All I can remember is that it 
was an elseworlds or alternate universe type fic, where the slayer 
(uber buffy) is walking out of the woods towards her home village or 
town. She's carrying an unconscious or wounded elf or dragon or some 
such fantasy creature (uber willow) whom she came across while on 
patrol. I really hope someone on this group recognizes this fic, 
cause it's driving me crazy trying to find it. Thanks in advance for
