As it was explained to me, the 20th is
the actual literal cusp... I'm told that if you were born at or before noon,
you're a Cap... as I was born at 4.50 pm I qualify as Aquarius. I also
tend to exhibit more Aquarian characteristics although I do occasionally have
moments that are pure Cap. Usually when people ask, I identify myself as
"Capriquarius" :) Bufy herself used the term "Capricorn on the cusp
of Aquarius" which tells me her birthday/perspective is one of two things: the
19th/generalized horoscope view of the cusping date; or the morning of the
20th/she's read or been told the same thing I have. I like to think it's
the latter. :o)

not only have the same birthday (Jan 20th) but it's (most likely)
Buffy's birthday, at that. Wowza.
I also find it interesting that Rainne and kimly disagree on whether
they (and Buffy) are Capricorns or Aquariuses (Aquarii?). Frankly, I'd
have to go with Buffy on this (even though the horoscope in my newspaper
says Aquarius). Not because I believe Buffy—I just figure it's best
to humor her :)
