there's David A. Beckett's "Militat Omnes Amans"(more an AU than a future fic but still), where both Buffy and Willow became pregnant, due to a spell.  That was actually one of the better epic B/W stories, as it had Buffy and Willow fighting in an alternate world of magic and menace.

Speaking of which, there's also Cilia's big multi-parter, Through Thick and Thin, another epic in a fantasy world, complete with elves, trolls and drows.  Everything but a fricken' ring!  In that one Buffy was pregnant.

I also remember a B/W piece by Tony McD, where, a few years into the future, the girls look into artificial insemenation.  Kind of a bittersweet ending, as I recall. 

Those who live by the sword get shot by those who don't.
