May I ask everyone to calm down?
misslurker, I know your stance on defending Kimber, but your reply can be
considered just as offending, as the mail you so openly trampled on.
HD Genscher, while I do support your point that our listmum should have
included a proper header in the fic, I also agree with her that such things
should be handled offlist.
There is a special email address that everyone can use if they are unhappy
with something on the list, and that doesn't require one to know every
moderators email address. If there is any dissent about a post to the list,
especially when it concerns the rules and how they are interpreted, then I
ask you to use buffywantswillow-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

That will forward your email to EVERY moderator, including Rod, Kimber, Dan,
Shyfox, and me, and we'll see to it, that your problems are solved asap.

Aside from that, I personally haven't seen anyone offended by Pat Kelly's
story if they actually read it. He has handled the situation well enough.
It's usually those who don't read it because it is 'immoral' or 'wrong' or
'disgusting', that say something about such things.
This isn't solely a problem with the pairing of Pat's story, I'm sure
everyone of you has already seen such bigotry in your lives when you met
someone who has been radically against something you don't find wrong.
Think about the millions of homosexuals for example.

And with that thought, I leave you to return to our regularily scheduled
fanfic.
