I think it's pretty safe to say that decapitation would work wonders
for killing a werewolf. as would smashing it under a few tons of
bricks/metal/other. however, they have never mentioned anything like
that on the show

three things I'd like to add to your list:

8) A person can, with the aid of herbs, chants and charms, control
his/her werewolf, becoming master of the beast inside, preventing the
wolf from coming forward when the moon is full.

9) Said person can also, under immense amount of stress (anger, pain,
whatever), transform into his/her were-form, even if the moon isn't
full. This may or may not be true even for persons who HASN'T learned
to control their werewolf, though such instances has yet to occur in
the Buffy-verse

10) If a werewolf is killed while under were-form, he/she STAYS a
werewolf, he/she does NOT morf into human form
