[Q] Expectations Question - How soon should a B/W fic actually become B/W to be posted here?

A potentially simple question...

I have a fic that I started a while ago but never finished (Or
posted anywhere other than my blog fanfic pages - though I wrote
it with this list in mind). [I became distracted with learning
to write crossovers and currently have a long WiP up on TtH (No
B/W in it sorry. Though I did borrow a redheaded witch from
another fandom to keep Buffy out of trouble. But that's a
different subtextual story... :-) )]

While it eventually becomes B/W (If a canon-esque Buffy + AU
Willow from another dimension counts as such around here (Yup.
One of 'those' kinds of fics)) it doesn't happen until 1/3 of
the way into the fic (Specifically a few parts after the point I
stopped actively working on it).

If I dust if off and spruce it up a bit (and actually finish it)
is a slightly dark B/W (where there isn't any non-subtextual B/W
going on for the first 6-9 parts/chapters) of interest to the
folks around here? (I know the FAQ says it is acceptable but
there's no point in posting something no one will read) Or I can
just post a URL. It would probably be a few weeks (3-4) between
parts.

Just wondering.
