Greetings and a little news

Hey there,
       After Dan asked me and talking to Jim Means, I've decided to 
go ahead and post the end of my story over here with the people whom 
seem to know the show, and characters, the best!  My reason for doing 
so is really quite simple.  You see, I'm having a little trouble with 
wanting to post it over at IKOLY.  It has nothing to do with the site 
but, instead, my own reaction to the words I have written.  Allow me 
to explain,  I wrote my little ode to the Buffyverse in 2000 simply 
because the outragously talented Shyfox asked me too.  We had struck 
up a conversation after I emailed her to say that I adored her 
wonderful stories.  Everything was good, in the begining.  My muse 
was in full overload and I wrote darn near every day!  Wasn't til the 
end that I realised the crappy situation I'ed just landed myself in.  
See, I'm a dark, twisted kinda person so it follows that my story is 
the dark, sadly tragic, twisted thing that it is because I honestly 
don't know how to write any differently.  This usually works out in 
my favor but, then agin, I've never written anything that has been 
posted on the Net before either.  Actually, I do have another story 
going on but it involves a totally different show and,as such, 
doesn't matter!  Sorry 'bout the side trip, let's get back to my real 
problem.  I had originally intended to kill my main character and no, 
it isn't anyone associated with the show.  This totally worked for 
me, imagene my shock when Christeen, my best friend, closest 
confidante and older sister proceeded to almost beg me Not to do that!
I, stupidly, adheared to their wishes and rewrote the end to Down 
Twisted.  It was incredibly hard to do and, in all honestly, I've 
never really liked the revision.  My story sat on my hard drive for 
almost 4 years due to life interrupting me.  JD is the one who posts 
it over at IKOLY because my computer isn't really compatible with 
that site.  I, naturally, shared my distain for the ending with him. 
Cool dude that he is, Jim came up with a sweet alternative to this 
ending.  Actually, he thought up the idea and left me the job to 
write it out.  Unfortunetly, due to things that are happening in my 
real life, my bloody muse decided to leave me hanging just as I sat 
down to contemplate writting out the new and improved ending. Well, 
I'm sure ya'll can understand how much That just bummed me out!  In 
desperation, I figured focusing my talents toward a new subject 
would, hopefully, kick my muse back into gear.  Alas, this has Not 
happened. What this means is I'm left with the ending I really 
abore.  Jim, bless his heart, still wants to read it! This is why I 
figure I'ed let ya'll peruse my ending before he'll want to post it 
over at the other site.  I simply ask that ya'll be totally honest 
and tell me if it sucks as much as I think it does.  I strongely 
suggest ya click over to IKOLY and check out the preceeding chapters 
or you'll be totally lost.  However, because I can be nice when the 
ocassion warrents it, I'll post a sumary for those whom don't wish to 
take my suggestion.  That will be later on tonight because I don't 
have the time at the moment.  It will, I promise, catch ya up where 
you'll understand what's happening when I post those chapters.
