I think that was one of my earlier fics.  "I'll Stand By You".  Check the usual 
suspects(I Kind of Love You, Pink Rabbit).  It's a little one-shot piece in which 
Willow comes out to her parents.  I wrote it in response to several fics where Willow 
told her parents she was gay, and they threatened to disown her; I wanted to show 
them as being somewhat more reasonable.
