Heya, I wasn't around 3 years ago when you wrote it the first time,
so I look forward to reading it. I'm all curious and stuff about that
Thing and some other things in it.

Thanks for all your comments, Reader!Dan.

Ah, the crux of it. Thanks to her mother (and, I would argue,
reinforced by Oz and Tara), Willow thinks she has to perform, has
to be
perfect, for someone to keep loving her.
I am interested you pick up on this. It wasn't part of my schema in
the first place, but part of this fic is a validating-Willow track,
which blossoms late, but which I may now tweak to emphasise.
Thanks for the inspiration.

revisions and additions you have in store for us. Thanks for the

I hope you find enough "new" to make the re-read worthwhile. I found
I wanted both a broader and a busier canvas, as well as some changed
emphasis.
Anyway, read and (I hope) enjoy !

i love the way you've made it like reading a novelisation of
an actual ep of the show... the intro, revisiting the main
characters, etc. dare i say it (and please don't take it as an
insult), the feel of it also reminded me of the way a lot of the
Doctor Who novelisations are written - which i absolutely love.
Oops -- perhaps a little of the Brit-ness showing through. I watched
DW from 1963 on, and was given the Original Novelisation (in
Hardback) as a Christmas present, so perhaps I have been a little
tainted by that style.
Still, I read fic whether it's prose or in script format. They each
have their advantages, and both are as valid a way of telling the
Story.

Thanks everybody.
