B/W "epics"...that's surprisingly hard, actually. W/T, no problem. 
same with B/Other. but B/W...hmm, here's a few that come to mind:

Prisms by Mad-Hamlet - if you haven't read this one, drop whatever 
it is you're doing atm and go do that. 

The Spaces in Between and Filling in The Gaps by RedWillow - you 
either love or hate this series. I love it. and it's fairly long, 
though not quite what I would call an epic

Diana Wears Red by Mad-Hamlet - here's a big one. it's not really 
one of my fave fics, but it's a good read, and it'll grab ya. 

Mining For Gold by Blitzgal - honestly, it's not long enough to be 
classified as an epic. but it's longer than short (heh), and 
definitely worth reading

Spin Cycle by Pink Rabbit Productions - here's one entertaining 
read. I really oughta read it again. erm, yeah, good stuff, read it.

these are all fairly weak in the epic-area compared to works like 
The Sidestep Chronicle (T/VW, T/W) by Katharyn, Safe In Her Arms 
(B/T) and The Circle Series (W/T, B/Other) by The Rainbow Writers, 
S4 Behind The Scenes by spikeme4now and Unexpected Consequences by 
Lisa Countryman, all of which are LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG. 
however, they're all quality fics and definitely worth reading at 
least once

and hey, if you run out of B/W stories, give the other ones I 
mentioned a try ;)
