Finally got around to this, two weeks later, and well&

Darn tootin'!  Didn't we already deal with this dren once?  Call me
crazy, but I was expecting a B/W/X fic in memory of Tony (if not 'shippy
then just gen fic), not "one scene of Scoobyage before Xander becomes
wallpaper and Willow a comically useless witch, while we fluff
canon-'ships at B/W/X's expense."

And if I was Xander, I'd be *very* pissed off at Buffy, on two separate
counts.

Oh, nice to see the first thing the surprise character does is tell
Willow to shut up.  Glad to see nothing's changed there&

If we're gonna get canon-fic here, I'd really appreciate more of a
warning label.  Something in a nice big "OT", perhaps.

Entertaining to start, yes.  Funny, definitely (I howled at the part
cited in the original rec).  Although it got a little repetitive in part
3, IMO.

But not enough to cover my annoyance at the plot.  Switch blondes and I
wouldn't have a significantly different reaction, that's how little I
enjoyed it.
