OT: A quick note

First off, I'd like thank everybody for all the kind messages after 
Tony's passing. It really meant a lot to me and they helped me 
through a really rough time.

To be frank, it's still rough and will be for a long time.

On a happier note: I'd like to thank everyone who voted for me at the 
White Knight Awards. I've never won anything to do with writing since 
I got a gold star from my year one teacher more years ago than I'd 
like to admit. Hell, I'm thrilled if I get feedback on a fic, so 
winning 'Best Threesomes/Moresomes Fic' for 'Silver Tongued' 
AND 'Best Threesomes/Moresomes Author' is a happy shock.

On a personal note, I've accepted an offer to return to full time 
naval service (I'd been doing part time reserve service for a while 
now, mostly to fill Tony's post while he was in hospital). I get to 
head up a new project and I get a promotion (O-5 for those of you who 
might be interested or even know what an O-5 is ie. Ed)

What does that mean for my fic writing? It means that I'll be busy 
but there will be a fair amount of time to write fics (lots of 
interstate and international travel, which means lots of time sitting 
around in the Qantas Club Lounge and in business class tapping away 
on my laptop).

Fic wise my number one project is compiling Tony's last requiem 
fic 'Per Omnia Saecula Seculorum' from all of his files, hand written 
notes, and (toughest of all for a bunch of reasons) dictaphone tapes.

When it's done I'll send it out to the lists.
