Yeah that bugs me too. Especially when I'm halfway
through writing out my pre-thought plot and I see a
disgusting hole. Or I see that I'm bored silly. Or I
see that the fic has become all about a peripheral
character.

Really each part takes way too long to write and I
have no idea why there can't be some kinda invention
(that I can afford on my paltry income) that transfers
my thoughts into typing so that I don't have to sit
here and travel at 'the speed of type'.

Mmm. When you think about it, Willow as a human (and a
nice, lovable, cute human at that) accessing and
exploring the 'dark side of her soul' is way more um,
dark, then vampires who can blame it on their demons.

Buffy does seem to have a big old yen for the
darkness. I wonder if that's because she's drawn to
her opposite as it were (yin & yang) or if it's
because of the *scary music* dark origins of her
slayer-powers. Or maybe she just never spanked her
childhood moppet hard enough, as Cordy would say.
