She was no longer playing the charactor she loved. In my mind Aly was

time in TV history a Chreator of a show has intentionally caused
dessention in a cast. So that He or She could keep control. Welcome
Back Kotter might be the best documented case of this. If you ever saw
The E True Hollywood story on Kotter you know what I mean. So anyway
if there's blame to be had I suggest we look at Mister Whedon.

I've always wondered why he didn't tell the rest of the cast that
Season 7 would be the last one, given that he'd plotted it out before
they started it as the final season.  Would have saved some
awkwardness down the line.
