Try Hunter Ash's Buffy stories.  Her Red Moon Rising series is largely a 
retelling of Seasons 4+, with a Buffy/Willow/Tara thing going on.  Lots 
of stuff involving Evil Oz, the Initiative, Dracula, a village of 
werewolves and assorted original enemies.

Erin's The Wolf Within is a pretty harrowing adventure that, like 
Hunter's Red Moon Rising, involves Willow as a werewolf.  This one's 
just Buffy/Willow though.  Another cool one, with Willow and Buffy on a 
quest to save Oz from himself.

Kevin Beckett's Militat Omnis Amans is an all-out fantasy fic with Buffy 
and Willow thrust into a Middle-Earth-type world, becoming leaders in an 
epic struggle against a great evil.  WARNING: this one has lots of 
action of both kinds, including some four-way scenes with two OCs.

Cilia's Royalty arc is pretty action-packed as well, with more Lord of
