It's been like that since it's last move. There are certain
times of the day when it can't handle the traffic. The MySQL
server on that machine seems to allow only so many connections
at one time/instant. 

There are certain times of the day (e.g. 7-8PM EST) when you
just ahve to be patient.

Everyone must be trying to get in their end-of-day fic reading
before heading out to party tonight :-).

Unless Jinni (TtH's owner/operator/archivist) and FCB are on
vacation and it is really broken... I hope not :-)...
