Re: 'The Harvest' Discussion

There really aren't that many Wiffy moments in this episode. Granted, 
it's still somewhat the beginning of the relationships, and it's an 
ongoing episode from the premiere but the Wiffy points are lacking for 
me. 

The biggest point goes to Willow in this episode. The scene where she 
automatically stands up for Buffy...even though she was always afraid 
to say anything, or do anything remotely mean to Cordelia. There is no 
hesitation...she goes for the 'Deliver.' Buffy's already gotten under 
her skin, and she's already concerned about her. There is no 
hesitation about helping her, either. She's shocked, one of her 
lifetime friends just got captured, and the world she knows is not 
what she thinks...still, no hesitation. She's all ready to stand 
beside Buffy. Willow gets the major Wiffy points for this episode. 

Also, Buffy makes it a point to stand nearer to Willow throughout the 
episode. When they're walking at the end, the two girls are leaning 
more into each other than most, especially for people who just met. 
There's some definite need to touch there, even if they aren't 
directly touching.
