Hello from the Gator,

 2.) Buffy/Willow.. Season One/Two. They are hiding
their relationship from everyone but at the library
scene from "Dropplerganger" Buffy is having a
break-down thinking Willow is dead. Willow comes in
and comforts Buffy on the steps where it turns into an
almost make-out session.

I think the second sounds like Mad Hamlet's, Kiras' and Shyfox's  On Occasions Series.  I think the part you seek is In the Heart Part Two.
