Since a LARGE portion of the fics on fanfiction.net are either 
Buffy/Angel or Buffy/Spike... (though a lot of it is fangirl/fanboy 
drivel)  try there:

The BtVS Writer's Guild site:

It has links to a lot of character and shipper specific fanfic sites.
(caveat... some of the links point to sites that have disappeared)
