I'd wondered that too.  However, Mike posted them all to ff.net as  
chapters of one fic.

The other chapters weren't posted to BWW.  I think this chapter got  
cross-posted to BWW by mistake as the whole story seems sadly Wiffy-less.   
More a W/X fic from Buffy's POV.  And not in a 'quietly lusting after  
Willow' way.  Well, one line seems to imply that Buffy may have fantasized  
about Willow but it isn't clear.  She never actually said who she had  
lesbian fantasies about, just that she didn't want Willow to know about  
them.  Really, it could go either way.

I'm not dissing the fic at all, just saying it's probably not on topic for  
this group.  Unless Mike makes some radical changes to the story in the  
future.
