Liked it.  The First got what she wanted with the Buffy merger, but 
not quite in the way she intended.  

I'm reminded of an HP crossover by the appropriately named EvilAuthor 
called "Deathbed Confession", which meshed the mythologies and 
official timelines of both series, building on when the final showdown 
with Voldemort will happen (Late May, 1998) with what's going on in 
Sunnydale, concurrently.  Unfortunately, it's no longer canon 
compatable due to events of the new book, but it's about how Buffy 
finds her other half, who completes her, and what the consequences are.

It's stories like that that make me partial to BtVS/HP crossovers, and 
I'm especially enjoying that someone, in a way, did a follow up to a 
story they likely have never read. :)
