Greetings,
I doubt it'll ever be finished. Last I heard from Shyfox was two years ago
though she had sworn she'd been working on the next arc of fever.
And, oh yeah...it's unfinished.
Yeah, we were saving it for Shy, guess I'll have to drum something up maybe.
I remain, as always,

I was born modest, but it wore off.

I haven't heard from Shyfox in years, and fear that I never will again. Too
bad, she will be missed.
I can tell you what she had planned for her series, at least what she told
me.
After "Fever", she was going to work on a one-shot involving Buffy and
Willow coming to terms with the nightmares they were subjected to. Some
angst, followed by healing.
Next was "Born on the Fourth of July", the long-awaited birth of Buffy and
Willow's baby Jessica(Jesse for short, named after Jesse from "Welcome to
the Hellmouth" and "The Harvest"). Following that was a story tentatively
titled "Rosenberg V. Summers", in which Ira Rosenberg hired lawyers from
Wolfram and Hart to take Buffy and Willow to court, demanding custody of
their daughter.
Finally, once those stories were out of the way, I was going to write "The
Buffy Scrolls", a slam-bang adventure co-starring Melinda Pappas and Janice
Covington(from the Xena episode "The Xena Scrolls"). Faith steals the
spellbook that contained the original Sappho's Spell, and Buffy and Willow
pursue her through time, where they meet Janice and Mel, who themselves were
expecting a child of their own(Mel, a Greek translator, attempted to
decipher the spell, resulting in her and Janice coming under its influence
and her becoming pregnant). The four women then took on Faith, who had
allied herself with a reincarnation of veteran Xena villainesse Calisto, who
sought to use the spell to destroy Xena's bloodline. Oh, and Mel and
Janice's daughter? They named her Joyce.
Me, I'm still writing fanfic, although my focus has shifted from BtVS to
Marvel Comics. I've been working on a Spider-Man movie-themed fic called
"The Goblin Wars", and I also have been writing a few stories starring Kitty
Pryde and Colossus, following Marvel's Astonishing X-Men, written by Joss
Whedon. Given that Joss has stated in several interviews that Kitty Pryde
was the main inspiration for most of his heroines, notably Buffy, Willow and
Serenity's River Tam, that kind of goes full circle. But someday, I would
like to finish some of my stories. Maybe my BtVS/Gargoyles crossover.
Someday.
Peace out,
Kirayoshi

Willow: "It's a good fight, Buffy, and I want in."
Buffy: "I kinda love you."
