I'll just stick to Willow and Buffy here since that is who I watched  
for 144 episodes...
( both actresses are beautiful but picking between them is an apples  
and oranges comparison.
Do you like blondes, redheads or both? I'm more interested in the  
characters)

Willow was given the Hollywood "Cute Geek" treatment for the first  
couple
seasons. She was different/original. Buffy was just another  
'California blonde'
Willow became kind of bland once she met Tara.

I think Buffy looked her best during Season 4. And much too skinny  
later on
but she still kept her beauty
