Chapter 19 is far from the last section. Unfortunately, the following 
real life events have seen me kinda busy:

Iraq
Iran
Afghanistan
North Korea
Fiji
Papua New Guinea
Defence Update 2005
new Defence Minister
a trillion miles of work travel, and
computer trouble.

I am as of 2 minutes ago, transcribing the next chapter with the idea of 
having it out next weekend.
