Hello Everybody!

ROFLMAO!  I was so certain I had deleted that, I didn't even check my site storage!  Good thing I left it.

God, like a year/year-and-a-half ago someone on this board had a problem with the platform-specific formatting of the publicly saved version we have here.  They asked for someone to correct it, so I did.  (ONLY the formatting was changed, not one word was.  I didn't do so much as spell check it since it isn't my fic.)  But since there's no room at all in our public files section, I saved it to my site.  But it isn't linked anywhere on my site; it's only available by direct link.  Good job on finding it!

I saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf) so it should be accessable from any platform.  There are RTF editors and readers for almost every operating system: Windows, Mac, Linux, etc., even Amiga has one.  Really, everyone should use RTF for publicly accessable documents because of that.  And, since you cannot embed macros in them, no need worry about Word macro virii either.  And they're smaller than their Word document counterparts!  I don't know why anyone puts .doc files on the web when .rtf is available.

Rich Text Format: safer, smaller, better!
