Hmm... depends on your definition of decent... and then there's the  
'is it still there' issue (a number of such sites are long gone)

though I'm not sure how many there AREN'T on IKOLY (and most archives
with B/W fics are just subsets of ikoly)

Wiffy-Dreamverse - http://fanfiction.wiffy-dreamverse.com/
 - has a couple (though not crossovers if that is what you are  
looking for
   ( they have a strict non-crossover rule))

There are a few B/W fics on the crossvoer site 'Twisting the Hellmouth'

but finding them takes a few minutes (a situation that is supposed to

There are probably a few on Adult Fanfiction.net...

www.Fanfiction.dot has some.

Most other B/W sites are just for an individual writer.
