I vagually recall that fic. IIRC the Buffy in the 'other' universe was
into pretty harsh S&M to which Willow (who was sub) wasn't fully on
board (she went along with it but didn't enjoy it, there were
references in the story to Willow having been badly injured by Buffy
during sexual 'play' and ISTR indications that Willow had been
coerced).  I believe the author was Chimera Bloom.  I believe that it
was only ever published on the author's site, which has unfortunately
been taken down (the domain is currently held by a cybersquatter who
uses it for advertising).   Chimera Bloom herself (I have no
comfirmation of the gender of Chimera Bloom but the general assumption
seems to be female) has been MIA for some time.

Some pages have been archived by the Internet Archive Wayback Machine
but all the links I've tried to get to the content seem to be broken.
You can try http://web.archive.org/web/*/chimerabloom.com/* and see if
you can find the content you want but I wouldn't hold out much hope.
The Google cache lists the site only seems to have cached an error
page.

As well as Buffy and Star Trek: Voyager fanfic there was some
'original fiction' which seemed to be based on concepts from stories
by Anne McCaffrey (the only story I recall in any detail was one
called "Abductions" which bore a resembelance to "Restoree").
