Ah, but you don't quite capture it.  Maybe the art helps, like what
happens with Buffy's eyes.  I'll see if I can be a bit more descriptive...

We open with a gloating Warren, explaining how Amy rescued him, and
begins torturing.

Back at base, Buffy's preparing, talks with Dawn and Xander while the
witches set up the portal.  She can only take one person with her,
though, so she picks Satsu...  who we learn wears cinnamon lip gloss.  

Willow's psyche has slipped off to another plane, where she's with
these godlike beings.  She's thus able to mentally function while her
body is going through what it is.  

Amy talks to the Military guys, since this is a trap for the Slayer.

Amy:  There is no way Buffy is not gonna come after this subject.  You
just have that big atomo-phallic thing pointed at the portal and
you'll get your Slayer.  She'll come after this witch like a dog after
dogs$#%, I swear to God.  

And, she does.  Unfortunately for the Military, they're also ready for
something like an atomo-phallic thing, which, thanks to the witches,
is reflected back as soon as they fire it.  

Xander:  Magic.  It's all done with mirrors.

Now, it's an army vs Buffy and Satsu.  The army doesn't stand a
chance.  Absolute force of nature in this scene.  

Buffy:  So.  We tried to be nice here but some of these men are dying.
 There's one person in this complex powerful enough to heal them.  You
can tell me where she is...  Or.

Buffy fights through some more soldiers and reaches Willow's cell,
which Amy is waiting in front of, conjuring a monster.  

Meanwhile, on the Astral Plane...

Higher Being:  Your body is almost dead.  You can't come back from a
natural death, dear.  Not even you.  Do you not fear?

Willow:  (green energy forming around her hand)  Did I ever tell you
about my best friend?

Cut to Buffy 

Buffy:  I like to think, in a way, that she's a part of me.  That even
when she's gone, a part of her is with me.

Buffy's eyes turn BLACK

Buffy:  'Cause it is.

Buffy is now surrounded by the green energy, tosses the scythe to
Satsu, and pulverizes the monster.  

Amy:  This is a lightshow.  You haven't got a particle of her strength.

Buffy:  I saw your dreamspace, Amy.  (changes into an illusion of
Catherine Madison)  I saw your nightmare.  (now floating with the
green energy)  NOW!

Satsu tosses a grenade.

Amy:  (shaken)  Mom...?

The grenade lands below Amy's feet.  BAOOM!

Buffy bursts into the cell, but before she can do damage to Warren,
Amy ports in (having ported out before the grenade blew), snags
Warren, and leaves.  

Buffy breaks Willow's restraints, and Willow wakes up, smiling.  Back
at base, there seems to be an earthquake going on.

Xander:  And somebody ask Dawn to stop jumping up and down.

Willow explains that she doesn't have much healing left, but should be
able to take care of the worst of the damage to the soldiers.  They
find Ethan's cell, open it...  and find Ethan has been murdered.

The General who's part of the Twilight Cult picks this moment to try
to shoot Buffy.  Naturally, he's unsuccessful.  He accuses Buffy and
Willow of trying to create a master race.  

General:  You're not human.  You've been to war with the demons, with
the First, but believe me you picked the wrong side.  'Cause God help
us, if you win then you'll decide the world still isn't the way you
want it and the demon in you will say just one thing.  "Slay".  We're
not waiting for that to happen.  We will wipe you out.  Not just
monsters anymore.  It's you against the world.  You're at war with the
human race.  

Buffy:  Oh.  (pause)  Kay.
  



Willow: "It's a good fight, Buffy, and I want in."
Buffy:  "I kinda love you."
