The old A Slayer, A Hacker and Pink Rabbit sites are still out there. They have not been updated in years, but there is a lot of older stories on them.

There is also FanFiction.net where you can search by 2 characters, rating, genre, length, etc. This link searches through the BTVS stories with Buffy and Willow, all ratings, all genre;s, all lengths. Some are slash and some are just friendship.
