| The problem I see with the contract situation is that no one gave Quentin signing rights over the whole of humanity. He MIGHT have authority enough in the council to sign away the council's interference with the hell mouth but that's about as far as you can justify. If Satan only had to find one single person somewhere on the planet willing to sign the earth away... he'd have owned it a long time ago. |
