I fully agree. This has been, to my knowledge one of the more pleasant communities I have had the pleasure to be a member of. Minimal controversy and maximum kick@$$ Fics. Now on the subject of Kimber's fic I say it unquestionably belongs here.
As for the fic being a W/T fic, so freakin what! Just because Willow is in a loving relationship with Tara doesn't mean she cannot care and love Buffy. That is what friends are. Other people for whom we care and love. And it is that relationship that is being explored here in this story. Not Willow's sexual relationship.
Now the story established that Buffy's and Xander's rejection of Willow's love for Tara damaged that friendship. I will admit I have found it difficult to read portions of this fic, not because it was bad, but because I felt the characters pain. This is simply a credit to Kimber's skills as a writer that she has been able to 'emote' (I think that is the right word) so well. THIS IS NOT A BAD THING. However, some fools may take it as such and therefore get nasty about it.
Now I could probably go on all day on this, but I need toget back to work.
