'Nightmares' would be the one ep I remembered him being in. Was he actually
in 'When She Was Bad?' I don't remember seeing him in that ep. I don't
count references to him by other characters when he doesn't actually show up
or his no show in 'Helpless.' We don't actually see him on those occasions,
so we have no idea where he really is, only where other people think he is.

Oh, and he's supposed to have run off to Spain with his secretary this
season. If he does come back, I can't imagine anyone being too thrilled
about it.
