I looked the rest up today. Here we go:

First a minor correction to my previous post. "Don't fight it..." would
translate better like this (using "impugnare" instead of just "pugnare"):

"Ne id impugnaveris..."

> "Etiam, redono," Buffy heard in her fevered mind.
> (Yes... give up)<p>
"Bene... mitte," Buffy heard in her fevered mind.

As far as I remember, there's nothing like a simple "yes" in Latin. If you
agree with something/someone or want to affirm something, it's "certo" or "ita
est". But that doesn't fit here, so I'd leave that out. But I might be
wrong. I'd propose to use "bene", which means "good, fine".

> "Sedo pessum. Tu securus cum mihi. Tu animus recordor
> solum quemadmodum stare tu ad," Willow's body said.
> (Calm down. You are safe with me. You will remember
> only what I wish you to)<p>
"Conquiesce! Secura es. Ad rem, quod statuam, solum commemorabis."

The last sentence roughly translates "You'll only remember things I'll
determine." I hope that's close enough to what you want to say.
