You know I thought about that too.  And I went back and reread Dan's write up that he posted a while back.  And it fits even more now than it did at the time.  The resurrection spell was the only cause before, now we've jumped onto a whole new level.

What does she have to forgive a souled Spike for?  Souled Spike didn't do anything, so there's nothing there to forgive.

Didn't know about the lyrics from the song though.  

Cool thoughts Kirayoshi, gives me one more reason to try and hold some hope for next season :)
